The "Fujizakura" cherry blossoms and azalea accentuate the beauty of Mt.Fuji. It's beauty has been penned by many a famous writer, such as Osamu Daizai.

Fuji cherry blossoms are particular to only the Mt. Fuji area. You can usually view them from late April to early May. It's brilliant pink scattered amongst the red pines and wild trees of the Mt. Fuji forests are truly unique.

Take R139 from Kawaguchiko I.C. Take Fuji Subaru Line and go up toward Mt.Fuji. Turn right at second intersection.
You can also take a taxi from Kawaguchiko Station. It takes about 15 minutes.
