Lake River Mouth Herb Festival

The herb festival is held in conjunction with the beautiful purple lavender blooming season. The majestic Mt. Fuji and the lavender spreading out to its foot are a must-see.
At Oishi Park, there are various tents selling souvenirs from Fujikawaguchiko Town, as well as a craft market, so please enjoy.

Mt. Fuji / Lake Kawaguchiko Opening Festival Fireworks Festival

This fireworks display, which began in 52, marks the opening of Mount Fuji. It is famous for being the earliest fireworks display in Yamanashi Prefecture. It lights up the summer night sky with Mount Fuji in the background.

Kawaguchi Asama Shrine Taiga Kagura Festival Chigo no Mai

This shrine was built in 865, and the deity is Konohanasakuyahime. The "Taiga Kagura Festival" will be held in July.There is a natural monument of the prefecture, Shichihonsugi.

Kawaguchiko Lake Festival

  • Kawaguchiko Lake Festival (Fuji Five Lakes' largest fireworks display)
    This is the largest fireworks display at the five lakes, and serves as the finale to the Fuji Five Lakes Fireworks Festival, which continues for days on end. It is a historic fireworks display that has been held over 100 times. Musical fireworks, large-scale fireworks, and other displays will brighten up the summer night sky. Many shops will also set up stalls with creative designs along the lakeside from Oike Park to Komagari Tunnel.
