Kawaguchi Asama Shrine[Kawaguchia Samajinja]
A venerable shrine known for the dance of children
This shrine was built in 865, and the deity is Konohanasakuyahime.Every year on April 4th, a children's dance is dedicated to the "Sonmi Festival". The "Taiga Kagura Festival" will be held in July.There is also a natural monument of the prefecture, Shichihonsugi, in the precincts.
